In-person appointments with Grow True Psychology are held at Well People Integrative Healing Center, which is a collective space of independently practicing professionals who are dedicated to holistic care. When coming for therapy, you also have easy access to practitioners who offer acupuncture, reiki, functional medicine, and other holistic services in the same welcoming and warm space located in Los Angeles, California.

Walk and talk therapy
If it is a good fit for your needs, we may hold walk and talk therapy sessions. Walk and talk therapy are therapy appointments that are held outside, while moving in nature, with the intention of combining the benefits of movement in nature with therapy. Walk and talk sessions are offered in West Los Angeles.

Mind, Body, and Spirit
Holistic therapy aims to support the mind, body, and spirit. Using evidence-based lifestyle practices to improve important areas of functioning (e.g., sleep, physical activity, social connection), we can aim to create an environment where the whole person is honored. It may also be beneficial to include practices such as gratitude, self-compassion, journaling, or exploration of spirituality/religion. An aim of therapy may be to find an integration of practices that support your greatest whole body wellness and help you achieve your therapeutic goals.
